The successful candidate will independently develop and fabricate components for a medical device.

  • Independently develop components
  • Use CAD NX to design components
  • Work with injection molding and fabrication to produce parts
  • Carry out complex experiments involving a variety of lab skills to achieve project goals
  • Comply with FDA guidelines and SOPs in a cGMP environment
  • Gather and record data according to SOP and protocol guidelines, and perform technical evaluation of data to analyze
  • Communicate with staff and clients as needed throughout the analytical process to ensure compliance with protocols and SOPs
  • Maintain and troubleshoots equipment as required


    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific field
    • Experience with injection molding, fabrication and plastics
    • Experience with CAD software, specifically NX
    • Working knowledge of GMP and applicable ISO standards is preferred
    • Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to meet deadlines and multitask
    • Flexibility with changing priorities
    • Excellent computer skills
