JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Document Control Specialist to join their team. If you have the required experience and are up for a challenge, this could be a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Manage the receipt, approval, distribution and storage of documents
2) Maintain accountability for entry of document-related information into applicable logs
3) Ensure that data tracking systems are kept current and are operating efficiently
4) Manage electronic templates for various documents
5) Initiate new SOPs and revise existing SOPs
6) Manage SOP review process, as required
7) Comply with regulatory reporting and submission deadlines
8) Liaise with the Professional Affairs and Regulatory departments
9) Maintain records of master files and complaints regarding product and batch records
10) Perform other projects or duties, as assigned

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in document control
