We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the medical device industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Customer Service Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
2) Define and communicate customer service standards
3) Review customer service contracts
4) Achieve and maintain agreed customer service levels and standards
5) Direct daily operations of the Customer Service Team
6) Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks
7) Ensure proper functioning of the department
8) Review customer complaints and track solutions
9) Handle complex and escalated customer service issues
10) Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information
11) Analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs
12) Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
13) Support and implement growth strategies
14) Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives
15) Ensure budget requirements
16) Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
17) Evaluate and manage staff performance
18) Comply with company’s policies and procedures
19) Maintain and enhance customer relationships
20) Perform other duties as assigned


  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in customer service management
