Our client, a leading nutraceutical company, is currently seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Sell company products and services to current and potential clients
2) Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
3) Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
4) Maintain current client and potential client relationships
5) Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
6) Maintain and develop current product knowledge and sales materials
7) Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
8) Resolve and identify client concerns and work on other duties as assigned
9) Prepare status reports of activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
10) Communicate about the new product and service opportunities, special developments information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
11) Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
12) Implement and develop special sales activities to reduce stock
13) Participate in upcoming marketing events such as telemarketing events, seminars, trade shows
14) Follow-up for collection of payment with accounts after accounting guidelines are exceeded
15) Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services as necessary with logistics and customer service staff
16) Work in a team environment with other sales staff supporting the overall growth of the company with sharing information


  • 1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
    2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
    3) Recent experience in the nutraceutical industry is strongly preferred
    4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
