Partial Job Description 1) Establish sales and promotion strategies for Sales team to effectively deliver objectives 2) Meet revenue objectives and expense management objectives established for the New Markets, Non-A clients 3) Communicate effectively to Sales, Customer Service, & Operations 4) Provide customized services and solutions that effectively increase company clients competitive position, productivity and profitability 5) Manage daily business activities and communication through CRM through aptitude in computer programs 6) Work with regions to create effective scorecards and team motivation programs to drive performance 7) Effectively deliver timely completion of all required reports 8) Maintain exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients and team members 9) Demonstrate ability to close top veterinary clients 10) Develop and implement a plan to convert a minimum of 30 targeted accounts


  • Qualifications / Skills Required 1) BS in Marketing/Business/Science; College degree preferred 2) Minimum 4+ years of experience in the veterinary industry 3) 2 - 5 years of prior sales/customer service experience 4) 2 - 5 years of prior sales management experience 5) Ability to work in a flexible environment with demanding schedules 6) Team-building and coaching skills along with excellent communication and client development abilities 7) Strong organizational skills and high commitment to timely follow-up and issue resolution 8) Exceptional closings skills 9) Computer skills 10) Strong written, organization and verbal communication skills 11) Willingness and ability to travel
